Refunds

We have a zero refund policy. Once you join and access the content, you have used the service. Absolutely 100% no refunds will be given for any reason as this is a digital product.

Cancellations

Please keep all your invoices to manage your subscription. At the bottom of your invoice is a blue link called “manage subscription”.

You’ll need to click that button and follow the prompts to process your cancellation.

If you do not have an invoice or deleted it then please email us at admin[at]thepublishersvault.com and we will send a copy to you.

Once a cancellation has been made then access to The Publishers Vault will cease.
